I ordered four items from this store and gave a good card to pay each time and was told again and again that none were positive. I talked with their billing department again and was told no dice.

Tried over and over online and on the phone. Waited hours on the phone for customer service with a membership and never got through on tier two. As a regular customer, I could never solve any problems.

First time I used the service and was a little confused as to why I could not make a direct call to speak directly to a person. I do not like Email chat! Other than that I hope I receive a real paper catalogue to shop with!!!!

I wrote to them (several addresses) by email and sent my information, request and back up documents by certified mail. Followed THAT with emails requesting acknowledgement - no reply. Nothing.Phone calls to a couple of numbers - recorded non-info.
I am pursuing a refund of around $600 - this being the total of 41 months of BAs Bleu extracting $14.95 monthly (precisely for 41 months) for this VIP program they say I signed up for and did not opt out of.
I have bought nothing from them since July 2021 and only just learned about these monthly extractions via the person who looks after my accounts. He questioned the reason and helped me discover this egregious and unethical business practice.

The Post Office returned my Bas Bleu order to me saying Bas Bleu is no longer located at 5581 Industrial Parkway. I don't know who's at fault, Bas Bleu or the P.O.
Judging by the number of online inquiries about whether Bas Bleu is still in business, it looks like the trouble may be on their end.
Now I know not to try to shop there next year. Guess I'll have to buy Christmas cards at Target.

I have had no response to my email requesting justification of the very small refund they offered. My reply was met with a one-liner telling me VIP Insider no longer exists - three days after I received the refund offer. It directed me to a phone number, the recording on which stated they have ceased business.
I am now writing to Bas Bleu HQ in the US and Europe, and I do expect to have them respond to me with some positive responses to my requests.
This is shady, and tarnishes what I thought was a very reputable company when I last purchased in 2021.

I was in the process of communicating with Bas Bleu about the VIP membership program and the fact that they have been charging my account $14.95 for over 40 months on the pretext of me having not opted out of a program I had no knowledge of having joined and would not have even been interested in had I been aware of the implications.
They offered $104 and change, supposedly representing the last seven months of said payments and would receive no more since I had been enjoying the benefits up till then.
I have made no purchases there since July 2021 and the person who keeps my accounts asked me recently what the payments all these years were for. Therefore, I had no knowledge these payments were being extracted all these years by Bas Bleu
I wrote and as soon as I sent a reply to the small refund offer, I received a one liner telling me this program no longer exists.

I do want resolution to this and have sent my complaint by US mail to their HQ - as a next step. Not letting this go.

I placed two orders at the same time due to two delivery addresses. Bas Bleu cancelled both of them without notifying me.
I called, and was told it was because of a previous charge back. This is incorrect. Placed the same two orders again. One has now been shipped (supposedly) and the other cancelled without notification (again).
Again I am being told it is because of a previous chargeback. If you call customer service, be prepared to answer the same questions repeatedly (order number your name, etc.) and to never get a satisfactory answer. My stars are two solely because I could not address quality of product, etc.
so gave a neutral three stars on those issues. Nothing has been good thus far about this company.

My Bas Bleu experience was very poor. I ordered an Advent calendar for a friend thinking two weeks would be plenty of time for shipping.
She didnt receive the calendar until 4 days after Advent. I paid roughly $11 for standard shipping, and the site said it would take 4-6 business days for delivery. I kept watching the tracking and contacting customer service as the first day of Advent came and went. Customer service and supervisory customer service said they couldnt do anything about it, and that if I was having a shipping problem I would have to contact the shipping company myself.
They said they wouldnt doing anything to help me until 13 business days after I placed my order, which would be today. My friend received her gift yesterday.
I am super disappointed, especially when there are so many ways to order things with free shipping, and when customer service can be so helpful these days.
I will never purchase anything from Bas Bleu again.

I also write an actual LETTER (remember those things?) - also no reply.
I have purchased stuff from Bas Bleu in the past and like their products, but never again.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Bas Bleu contacted me and arranged for a full refund..
I called to get it canceled and the customer rep told me I should have realized it earlier because I did check a box and received a confirmation email, which he admitted probably went to my spam folder. This is a company I made sure to buy from even though it was always cheaper on Amazon and I had to pay shipping and they often had delivery issues.
I also asked to leave my feedback and the customer rep told me that management sometimes reviewed their calls - Well, can't fix a problem if you don't know about it! I will not be shopping with this company again, although I might use their catalog to pick out items on Amazon:)
